Mickey and Jim: The NOK deal was material and IDCC did give us a public release.

The conference call was a public release. Displaying the transcript of the CC on the IDCC web site was a public release. The SEC filing was a public release.

Why don't we believe what management has already said????????????????????

Mickey, The only time Goldberg or the company would have stated that when the money comes in from Nokia it will be a material event and require a news release would be after the ERICY news release. It was that release they estimated what revenues could be. I don't think it will be found in 2002 CCs.
