I wonder if institutions holdings report long or short? If they hold a short position (5%) do they need to report 13G holdings? I've seen other filings, not clne, where they are reporting no voting power. Could they be short, as I don't think it is another class of stock?
If they are held only long, I wonder if they can not allow their shares which aren't in the float be prohibited from being shorted?
To me, shorted shares should be removed from the float?
With 94 mil shares o/s and 20 mil short, is there 114 mil out there?
