concerns for me mid term, can they turn this around to get the price above $ 15 before the convertible debt kicks in 2016.

Yes they will have less debt but more dilution.

Also, nothing was discussed about the GE $ 200 mil build out for LNG plants. I believe if they don't commit to do the deal it could be costly to cancel.

I wonder if institutions holdings report long or short? If they hold a short position (5%) do they need to report 13G holdings? I've seen other filings, not clne, where they are reporting no voting power. Could they be short, as I don't think it is another class of stock?

If they are held only long, I wonder if they can not allow their shares which aren't in the float be prohibited from being shorted?

To me, shorted shares should be removed from the float?

With 94 mil shares o/s and 20 mil short, is there 114 mil out there?

There was some writing on the wall, with the sell of a few stations, the VEC backpay from 2012, right now the VEC is gone so the shorts may have fun for a couple of Quarter.
We know the New engine is helping bring the Truckers along, and it will Not happen over-night. I'm no dought long. I will buy some time in the next Quarter to help my average and keep a close eye on any News.
Anybody can find falt in an up and coming business. the shorts Nailed everything they could.
