Whas when you see institutional ownership it is long - pretty sure of that since Shorts only BORROW from OWNERS/BROKERS then have to pay shares back, I doubt if they are in there.

I believe several of us need a very patient instructor to go over shorting, buys and sells, but unfortunately it's OT for this board and probably no instructor would have the patience to tolerate my simple questions/how basic they'd have to get down to.

I've seen more and more Mutual Funds and hedge funds report playing both ends of an investment. So I believe many are shorting.

I have requested my broker not allow my shares to be sold short.
