The problem with that website (buholegal.com), is that it is a non official site. It is neither connected with the Mexican court system, nor is it guaranteed to be accurate...The website has a popular blog for all types of Mexican Court Cases, so the information on the page and blog is similar to ihub or internet blogs...

The other problem with that post and site, is there is NO mention of any pending litigation...there is no (pending for the following): scheduled hearing date, no jurisdiction listed, no court listed, no judge listed, in fact, there is nothing saying another hearing is pending at all
