Baddog.... I agree 100% with your analyis, I would just add that EO would be STUPID to sell out to ANYONE at this stage, he has worked many years to bring ERHE to this point, he hasn't done anything stupid so far, and i doubt he will now,..... he just isn't the type to trade a bushel of floor for a biscuit.....paronioa runs deep though, i can see why some might be looking over their shoulder and waiting for the hook. this is developing into one of those "to good to be true" senerios......

If EO is a billionaire than why doesn't he clear up the $ issues in the audit report ?

And please don't get me wrong I'm bashing. I'm long this stock like most of you.

I'm just asking a simple question, not bashing.

There may be a simple answer but it's not obvious to me

Mongo appears to be the board cynic if not basher, but the sec report is what it is.

I haven't found an explain for the impoverished financial status of a company owned largely by 'a billionaire'.

That is why I'm hoping that $18M advance will clear things up soon.

WalldogO,
Your reasoning makes sense. As I had said, I do not think that the 'backdoor' senerio was credible but it never hurts to throw ideas at the wall and see what sticks.

We would think that Offor would have a stronger urge to pursue more of these deals going forward...and that could only be done if these deals turn out good for all investors. The first time investors got screwed by another Nigerian scam the game would be over and his credibility would be shot...along with any future credibility of any Nigerian enterprise requiring investors. The problem is...do they care? In this case, surely they would because it involves more than just shareholders...it involves overall world opinions. It would be crippling to screw that up over a couple billion dollars.
