Would the Walton's use personal funds to clear up financial records of Walmart? Would Bill Gates use personal funds to clear up Microsoft problems? The answer is NO. That's not how they became Billionaires. The company handles the internal cashflows and the company does not rely on the deep pockets of the owner for these types issues.

So you want a private shareholder of a company, because he is a billionaire, to clear up a public company's debt?

Why doesn't Mr. Rex W. Tillerson,CEO of XOM, clear up their $8.5 billion in debt.

Accumulated deficits are recorded for tax purposes,...ERHE can in the future,offset any future revenue with that deficits.

Actually ERHE has very little real debt right now, and yes Emeka Offor cleared up that debt for a stock for debt exchange.
