Yes, there are many shareholders who suffered monetary losses as a result of the publishing of that non-factual, libelous article on Seeking Alpha. And yes, they are upset. However, their cause of action would be against the anonymous author of the libelous article, and possibly against SA, but not against NanoViricides who themselves have also been harmed by it.
There will be no "investigations" by the ambulance chasing law firms, because there is no factual basis to support one.
And a claim that the company insiders are somehow responsible for the article is simply not credible, as is your claim that company insiders are somehow engaging in illegal trading activities.
Quite the opposite, it is the self-described short seller anonymous author who will is open to prosecuted for stock price manipulation, as he clearly (by self report) was short NNVC stock when his non-factual, libelous article was published, temporarily depressing NNVC share price.
