there are no plaintifs.

That sir is wrong. You may want to contact the law firms and ask them. I am under the impression that there are several plaintiffs that are down significantly.

If the investigation shows criminal intent they will lose the suit.

That there will be one is not in question.

Me personally, I think that company insiders may very well be responsible for the whole article as it would seem the author had some kind of access to someone.

It wouldn't be the first time crooks decided to short their own stock.
