You can get the same impression, just call one of the several law firms that ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THIS COMPANY. Ask them if they have any respondents. They'll tell you that they do and ask if you would like to add your name, it won't cost you a dime.
Also, I'm not claiming that insiders are responsible for illegal trading activity, I would have no way to know that. I'm saying that I suspect they are.
Whether one or more insiders leaked the evidence to the author so they could profit on a short will be easy to spot and will come out in the current investigation.
I can hardly wait to see who the actual crooks are.
