I never buy a known scam obviously! STBV scammed many of the best on I Hub. It took $20.00 to get a Delaware filing I just posted here to get the real story. Most never dig that dep. We look for filings that are just out there in Delaware and on the SEC Edgar filings site so it was missed until I just posted it here. My point is how can this happen behind everyones back? Think about all the shareholders who bought the stock the last 3 days who almost ALL lost money! It is just sad. Now it will be a .0001 stock and they will do another RS. Just insane IMO. Although I did see the google article on him being arrested back in the 80's with over 1 million dollars on him but it was late last night. So the CEO is just a horrible person who deserves to go back to jail IMO.
