We look for filings that are just out there in Delaware and on the SEC Edgar filings site so it was missed until I just posted it here.

I beg your pardon? Several people posted about the 1-A and its contents yesterday. I was one of them. If you didn't bother to read the document, that's actually not the company's fault, bad as the company may be.
