Tesla, sorry I don't want to talk in this manner however, if each common share is trading at .0001 why would anybody want to pay more than that per share. Besides, I don't think you understand the beauty of owning 51% of any or every vote, and if the majority decides to pay 0.000001 for each OSs share by the vote there is nothing anybody or anybody can do, did he ask anybody about increasing A/Ss, that is the beauty for Floyd to own a company outright. If I am Floyd, here is what I am going to do is to announce an R/S in summer when the price is going to be in 000, at about 100,000/1 or more and following an R/S taking it private by purchasing remaining OSs. Remember, if I want to take it private I am interested in the lowest share price possible with the highest number of OSs, this way Floyd can utilize equity financing to its maximum and will have to borrow the lowest amount. Heck he doesn't have to borrow, he dip into that loan and use it to take private. this He can do it and neither you or me or anybody can't anything. IMO
