Your the one posting this nonsense about Floyd taking the company private not me...Im asking for the math from you...

A billion shares O/S you say?? how much money do you think the "common" shareholders would allow Floyd to buy out their shares from them for (do you think they would all sell for .0015)?? and then tell me again how much it will cost to buy out all the shareholders and take this private...

AS Ive already posted , it would take millions of USD to take this company private...If you dont want to admit that, your flat out lying IMO...
