NAZ, there is no way in hell this company and the common share holders will be bought out for less that millions USD, shareholders would have to agree and vote on a buyout price, this would have to be made public, or Floyd could just start buying all the outstanding shares on the open market, and I promise the PPS would not stay down here at .0015 or less.....its not going to happen IMHO...
