Zentric Inc., an alternative energies research and development company that was to produce 116 jobs and invest $7 million in the community, terminated a lease in February for its Fletcher facility, said Andrew Tate, president and CEO of Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development.


Last December, Zentric Inc. announced the company would move into the Continuum Drive facility. Henderson County and Fletcher did not provide Zentric with incentives because the company did not produce jobs or invest money into the community.
