OS increased by less than 19 mil shares from 110 mil at end of 2011 to 129 mil in Nov 2013. If it were a pump and dump, AS of 500 mil would have been maxed and r/s'd already.
ZNTR will be releasing multiple updates to announce new direction for the company soon.
