Two major red flags:

1) JOSEPH L MANDIA resides in the Maggot Mile (aka Boca Raton, FL)

2) It's incorporation is in NV... with a Vegas HQ.

Those two combined screams scam.

What I'd be looking for is a major r/s or r/m coming up with neither being beneficial to the current shareholders.

There are no revenues. The last filing indicates the stock is a shell. It has been deregistered and placed in safe keeping so it won't be revoked. The filing calls for it to be classified as "Dark". OTCM isn't good about updating the company pages.

Since there was no filing within 60 days of the form 15, I wouldn't expect to see any further filing for 1-2 years of the Form 15.
