Two major red flags:

1) JOSEPH L MANDIA resides in the Maggot Mile (aka Boca Raton, FL)

2) It's incorporation is in NV... with a Vegas HQ.

Those two combined screams scam.

What I'd be looking for is a major r/s or r/m coming up with neither being beneficial to the current shareholders.
