The address goes to an Office/warehouse. The pps action is most likely due to some trader just playing with the shell. He obviously wanted to keep the shell for future use of he wouldn't have made the dark filing. It has been almost 2 years and there's a number of inactive companies at that address. One even had a gov contract in 2002.
You might try some of the phone numbers at that address. Getting a hint of an upcoming merger could be profitable. I'd do it but I'm slowly working away from pennystocks. Property taxes and market pull back is going to keep me on pennystocks for awhile.
