Funny, I asked about this several times and was told by multiple posters that there was no doubt that this agreement was exclusive.

Nowhere in any PR, filing, letter from Nick/Ray or tweet could I find the word exclusive even though that has been posted on here many times that it was.

1) To start, Nick never had 'exclusive' anything, nor did he say he did, don't know where that came from, unless just a misunderstanding as to the nature of the license, but they do have rights to develop it, which they obviously have

Where is the proof that they have done any development? Where is the money spent on R&D listed in the filings? Where did the money come from?

All of the lab testing information cited in the PR they put out about it came from the patent filing and Celprogen.
