LOL, yes, there's plenty of info on this...
But first, for real, did an interview with Manzo seriously just try to get twisted into being a bad thing for MedGen???
HAHAHAHA!!!
If anything, it just gave more press to the supplement that with be coming out, and every person suffering from this can ask 'where can I get this, or a company who has developed this into a product?'
1) To start, Nick never had 'exclusive' anything, nor did he say he did, don't know where that came from, unless just a misunderstanding as to the nature of the license, but they do have rights to develop it, which they obviously have
2) They have 'unlimited' license, which can mean a couple different things, depending on the industry it is being used in, but we can grasp a pretty good idea as to what it means here, which also leads to the answer on most of the other development and current product form questions, considering who else they're working with. But 'this is not common'? Um, well, it's the license they have, and it really isn't that uncommon. In fact, it's used all the time.
3) And wait, wait wait, did the 'Manzo looks a lot like Nick' comment seriously just get made in this conversation??? Well, you'd think he would have mentioned MedGen having a license on this patent, riiiiiight? Oh, and no he doesn't, not at all...
4) To release a supplement, it doesn't require the same approval as the other which does. Think that's been explained. I've heard it likened to how Airborne was released.
The rest is public knowledge or common sense.
