OMG!!!! This is GREAT to know that Judge Oing will make the final ruling...since he was the Judge to issue the court order preventing IR from advertising and holding the auction...and noted in the court document that Intellicell was willing and able to repay the note....Judge Oing is very smart....Ironridge would be smart to move on and settle before leaving the final ruling to Judge Oing...after all Judge Oing was very smart to ask a question regarding the effect of this case on the shareholders...shows me that Judge Oing is able to put this case in the correct perspective:)
I understand that but I feel Gammerman has already formed an opinion or at least understanding of IRs business format and history. Oing seemed to be primarily with SVFC on the major points from the outset and incredulous at IR not wanting to accept the full principle and interest. This whole court case, what's left of it is a non issue. I'm sure Oing is aware IR managed to tank the Pps of a public company thereby damaging the holdings of private investors. I am waiting to see if this investor group legal action takes place against IR. I would sure add my name.
