As I understand it, Judge Gammerman was appointed as a Judicial Referee. The hearing on the 22nd is with Gammerman. His role is to hear both sides and report back to Judge Oing. Oing will then make a final ruling. Unless both sides come to agreement and request the case be dismissed, it is inevitable that there will at least be one additional court session, this time with Oing.

It will have to go through all of the usual bureaucratic red tape to get scheduled. The likelihood of a follow-up case happening before sometime in late February is, in my opinion, remote. I mean, this process started back on August 8th and we've only had a total of what, three or four court appearances? I think three. One with Sherwood, one with Oing and one with Gammerman. The system moves slowly. Gammerman's results, whatever they are, will take a while to filter down to the next step, imo.
