that is not the reason why they have not filed the latest 10K and last 3 10Q's

the reason is that the previously filed financials are fraudulent and have to be completely RESTATED....

there will be a "DO NOT RELY ON PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS" statement coming from the auditor on this one.

Reason they are not current is not because they do not know how to file, but they refuse to pay for the cost associated.
