I would not want to be Natalie Russell for falsifying financials and certifying them if that is the case, and I surely would not want to be David R. Wells either. They are better off filing a 15 and go dark before the Administrative Law Judge in DC files a Section 12(j) on the delinquent registrant and you get "AVTC: Symbol Not Found"
