For what? They already have a CFO that did just fine in the past. Now AVTC needs a CFO and an outside CFO?

StoryCorp is already a known non-profit? Why are they copying someone else name?

In addition, StoryCorp's David Wells is not a CPA or lawyer so what is he going to do? Take money for no reason from shareholders as another consultant on payroll does not seem like a sound business choice. Reason they are not current is not because they do not know how to file, but they refuse to pay for the cost associated.

David Wells will run to his Malibox and More box and collect his shares of AVT.
