If AS increases again I'll begin to worry, but I think their cash flow should start to increase quickly with Semco's new contracts.
Hopefully they'll be able to pay most of their expenses with that instead of shares.
I just don't think it's time to go ballistic and panic at this point. This is the normal course of business for a startup.
To me, what's most important is to see more info on the new projects that Semco just got with the FAA and the Nevada DOT. The total gross for just those two projects should give PLNI a nice infusion of cash flow to use for the near future.
