I think it is time for shareholders (I am not one at the moment because I suspected something like this) to go ballistic--against the company. They have a pattern of deception that is inexcusable IMO. It's one reason I stopped calling IR--with a CEO who talks about share buyback while dilution the stock, what's the point?
