I like the breakdown that you provided, I would also like to add something...

you say 100 marina's in FL, would be revenue of $160,000 a month, and I agree.... However, would it also be safe to assume those same estimates could be achieved in both South/Central America, and also Europe...?

If so, $480,000 a month just in service fees is a rather nice number.... and so far, we are just speaking in terms of Marina's
