Eclipse, please correct me if I'm wrong here. If the CTO is not lifted by sometime in May I believe then JL can just walk away free and clear he may even take a few buddy's with him. Yesterday I was talking to a fellow educated shareholder, who raised a questions, and with a hearty laugh posed the question. "What if this is all just a stall tactic, this is all part of the big plan all along" Conspiracy theories abound and surly this is not the case here IMO.
Dubious, Tibby, Still Hopefull these are excellent posts, I believe even Quer (father!) may be coming around from the Dark Side. What is apparent from a lot of the posters here is that Brent's leadership is in very serious question. We have to keep asking these questions and keep applying as much pressure on our CEO to put an end to our CTO. As from what is evident here, is that it's working well. We need our BOD to do what is right for the shareholders. Honestly, from any of our BOD's past performances can we trust this to happen?? Would you let this BOD run your business?
Tibby, SD, JL and parts of the BOD seemingly have unwavering support for Mr. B. Johnson (JL himself has posted here criticising parts of our BOD).. All of us truly hope it is well founded. It would be wonderful if our BOD would/could compromise ... only I'm not sure if that is even remotely possible, again please find me wrong.
