Your partially right. JL is contracted with MSX until this May....if MSX does not come up with 1.5 BILLION by then....JL can walk with EVERY CENT of the 5 million that has been given to him....remember he has provided the company with CLEAN TITLE PER THE CEO BRENT JOHNSON....and that was JL's end of the deal. Of course this whole thing is a scam as JL does not have clean title.....but that's beside the point you were trying to make.
