I think your correct on quite a lot of accounts but one..
JL does not have us over a barrell.
JL has his mine because of MSX investors believing his story and investing THEIR hard earned money (in some cases their entire life savings) and financing his case to get title in Chile (FACT)
JL is in a SIGNED AGREEMENT for 50% of the mine to MSX because of the following fact. So he isn't going anywhere..legally..no matter how much he whines and complains.. and he knows it.(FACT)
3rd, If deals are on the table, LEGALLY and under FIDICUARY duty
the managment of this company HAVE TOO notify shareholders to vote on a deal.. they do not have the power too says no without us also weighing in on the deal. If JL wants to go then give back the shareholders money and title and I have no problems with it at all.. till then, he is under contract and is nothing but words.
