Processor #3 performed so poorly that the company did not have enough courage or sufficient intellectual honesty to break out it's actual performance. We do know the company did only 55,000 more gallons of production with the processor in Q3 2013 over Q4 2012 which was the last HTF quarter. All in the hopes I am sure that extrapolations would be made about how processor sales MUST be just around the corner.

No buyer will want it's processor purchase to be the sole reason the company has enough cash just to make payroll and pay bills much less have the financial stamina to survive potential issues.

At this point the red flags are flying for all to see.

It would not cost Crayola, for example, $5.2 million in overheard to have a processor on site comingled with its current operations

How much exactly would it cost them? And if it's such a wonderful deal why arent they doing it?

It would appear the the 'ideal' feedstock is a combination of clean plastic and heating fluid. Crayola may have a large quantity of the former, but they'd still have to pay for the latter.
