Well then IBM purchased the company knowing that they owned shares of YIPI as an asset and has not sold them.

In my opinion people look at this all wrong.

The major news is that Yippy owns the only license to Velocity which is Vivisimo's primary and top platform.

If Yippy owns a license and then iBM bought Vivisimo then Yippy has access to a license that IBM saw as very valuable.

Put another way.

IBM wants something that Yippy has.
