Question..The Kyocera $50 Million cdma2000 License and the General Dynamics $18 Million U.S.Govt. Contract were the most significant financial Milestone events for InterDigital at that point in their Company History,and yet there has yet to be any PUBLIC NEWS RELEASE..Do you think "something is strange" ? TIA.
IMO:IDCC will not issue any News Release on LG..

It was my fault and I accept responsibility but management had the opportunity for once to stick it to those who have been short the stock and reward long suffering shareholders and option holders.

I still don't understand why they still haven't issued a press release at this point. Is more news to come that they want to roll up into the press release at this point? This is the single biggest contract IDCC has ever signed and still no press release and it is almost one week since they signed it last Wed. Something is strange IMO.

Dd; This is from the General Dynamics license agreement, and I have seen similar language in other contracts. It is possible that for some reason LG wanted no immediate press release and the 8-K, which is legally required, to be issued at the last possible moment.

20 Publicity

Except as required by law or applicable regulation (including without limitation, SEC and Nasdaq rules), neither Party shall issue any press release or make any other public statement or filing relating to this Agreement, any work done under this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement without obtaining the prior written approval of the other party (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) as to the contents and the manner of presentation and publication of such press release or public statement.
