Correction to my previous post, the DECREASE of the A/S is to be done on Nov. 5th by with the State of Nevada as that is their state of incorporation. The name change as well as new ticker symbol has to go through FINRA for all that to process and we all know that is taking place as many reputable companies that provide newsfeeds have already recognized Fresh Promise Foods (formerly Stakool) . It means that STKO diluted 12,250,830 of Issued and Outstanding shares (Pre-Split over 1.25 BIL shares) somewhere between SEP 27th and OCT 28th. In just one month they raised about 336,897.83*** dollars selling shares.

Authorized: 4,000,000,000

Issued and Outstanding: 46,881,386

$0.0275 x 12,250,830 = $336,897.83 (raised amount by STKO since RS selling shares – ***if PPS average is $0.0275)

As you see, I can change days, my ideas, I can do whatever the hell I want. This silly little story is total bogus, until I actually write and send this Email to my Father In Law. Than it will become FACT!!!

STKO has to stop changing those dates! They are losing investors fast.

As of today, only ONE TRUE FACT is Reverse Split with 4 BIL AS!
