It means that STKO diluted 12,250,830 of Issued and Outstanding shares (Pre-Split over 1.25 BIL shares) somewhere between SEP 27th and OCT 28th. In just one month they raised about 336,897.83*** dollars selling shares.

Issued and Outstanding: 46,881,386

$0.0275 x 12,250,830 = $336,897.83 (raised amount by STKO since RS selling shares – ***if PPS average is $0.0275)

As you see, I can change days, my ideas, I can do whatever the hell I want. This silly little story is total bogus, until I actually write and send this Email to my Father In Law. Than it will become FACT!!!

STKO has to stop changing those dates! They are losing investors fast.

As of today, only ONE TRUE FACT is Reverse Split with 4 BIL AS!
