Correction to my previous post, the DECREASE of the A/S is to be done on Nov. 5th by with the State of Nevada as that is their state of incorporation. The name change as well as new ticker symbol has to go through FINRA for all that to process and we all know that is taking place as many reputable companies that provide newsfeeds have already recognized Fresh Promise Foods (formerly Stakool) .
