Do you understand how 888 or 800 numbers work?

They work like this. The reciever (in this case GZFX) pays for the long distance call. Now imagine you have 80 people call a day to say something stupid like "Whats my password again?" or "Where do i click to get a movie" and lets say each call is a dollar. thats $80 a day for nothing. Easier to receive an email for free and respond in a timely matter.

JayDee, you obviously have not tried to look for an 800 number for NetFlix or Intelliflix, to name just 2. That's the way it is. They don't want to spend time chatting with customers. They want to answer inquires the simplest and best way.

Go to their web-site and try to find an 800 number for customer service. None there. I know as I looked for over 30 minutes recently. It's not the way it is being done except for those sites where they hope to sell you something else while taking to you.
