Yea, I see your point there. But still, they should have a 1-800 number because there are some problems that are frustrating to solve or complicated to solve over e-mail.

They should be able to work out a cost effective method for businesses with the phone company.

And I do not agree that they respond to e-mails in a timely manner. While it may be cost effective to use e-mail for customer service, they do not, in my experience respond quick at all.


I have sent e-mails on several occasions and still have not recieved responses and it has been over two weeks.

I think the customer service console is pretty good, they usually respond to your tickets very quickly but if you e-mail the support@gameznflix.com they almost never respond or take forever too.

I still think they need to set up some sort of phone number to be available on there website to customers just in case.

WHICH YOU CANT FIND UNLESS YOU READ PRS OR MESSAGE BOARDS OR E-MAIL THEM AND BADGER THEM INTO GIVING IT TO YOU.
