JayDee, you obviously have not tried to look for an 800 number for NetFlix or Intelliflix, to name just 2. That's the way it is. They don't want to spend time chatting with customers. They want to answer inquires the simplest and best way. It's not just movie rentals, find me an 800 number for Aldi'd Food Stores. Go to their web-site and try to find an 800 number for customer service. None there. I know as I looked for over 30 minutes recently. It's not the way it is being done except for those sites where they hope to sell you something else while taking to you.
