berstein-One of the best features of the IVR-p systems is that you can change the senario (software) as needed. Kind of like buying a DVD player, then buying movies as wanted(software).
Just think how many different judgemental training programs would be wanted by each agency. The one for display is office.
What about a school, an airport, a shopping mall, and on and on.
The sale to one agency will generate ongoing sales for a long time.

berstein, I have to respectfully disagree. Yes, I agree that we need "sales and overwhelming publicity", but only to increase demand in our stock. Supply and Demand is the Law of Accounting. We have 100,000,000 authorized shares of which 38,646,996 are issued and outstanding. Two things need to happen for the stock to rise:

1. Demand: Buyers need to remove available shares from the market, therefore decreasing supply.
2. Supply: VTSI needs to buy back shares.
3. We get bought out by another company.
