berstein-One of the best features of the IVR-p systems is that you can change the senario (software) as needed. Kind of like buying a DVD player, then buying movies as wanted(software). Just think how many different judgemental training programs would be wanted by each agency. The one for display is office. What about a school, an airport, a shopping mall, and on and on.
