And all of the rest have financed on better terms.

There is something very wrong here. I think it's best that we start to try to figure this out. There seem to be a couple of reputable people on the BOD...so I don't understand why they might put their reputations in jeopardy. As for the rest, I have serious reservations about a few, and I don't really know about the others. Who's calling the shots?

Brent has been saying since the PEA release 7 months ago that we would have significant promotion. He said it again before the metallurgy. That they haven't done it for over 4 years is as unforgivable as not doing it when the company reached major positive milestones this year. So what's going on? Who is calling the shots? What are their intentions?

Us long term shareholders have fairly graciously endured more than enough. I think we're getting to the point now that they either make us or break us. If past is prologue, we have a lot to be concerned about. I think they intend to sell this thing off and wash their hands of it; and most of management will walk away millionaires. What will be the consequences for shareholders? If there is no promotion, the share price can't rise enough for us if there is a buy out offer. I do not like what I'm seeing here.

Jeez. Material samples will be out to potential off take partners in less than 40 days and there is NOTHING going on with any brokerages or promoters. Nothing. We need to figure this out in a hurry. Calling them at this point is useless. We'll get nothing...or told more lies.

Mas, Zen, Northern and American Vanadium have much less shares outstanding than we, except for Focus who has over 100 million which is still lower than our float. I agree with many that our management has the propensity to add new shares, but feel that much of our present float was caused by negative remarks by Byron which lowered our price, so to obtain funds we had to sell more shares causing our high float.

Relative to our not getting the word out, I agree, but it could be caused by fear of being accused of hype by the authorities, especially after Byron's degradations.
