The number of shares O/S dosent matter !!!!!
A thin float works both ways, less shares in the float the higher the volatility Beta !
There has been very little consistent promotion and the "Bully of Bay Street " didnt help !! Glad he is gone !!!

We need at least 200 million shares O/S for Institutions to get involved. Institutions buy big chunks of stock and have a long hold horizon. They could easily buy 50 to 100 million shares and hold, therefor thinning out the float for years to come
There is a big trust issue with Management!!
Schler didnt help when he sold hundreds of thousands of shares @ $1.30 and killed the pps down to $.50 and less and it never recovered .
Malagasy sold 4 million shares to raise money for themselves., yet, there were bottom feeder buyers there to suck up the stock at $.12 pps . So , there is interest at $.12 and the downside risk at this price IMO is ZERO !!!!
I believe Harder can solve that the Management trust issue!
