Watts, that's your point re: mftrg and I agree completely. It should be self-evident, but it's not. However, if you think about it, it's the same as Steipp starting up a furniture store and thinking he will start off as Furniture Row.

P.S. Did you see the 8-K? I was very dismissive of the possibility, but I think an acquisition is in the offing that will address all these issues. IMVHO, I think Steipp and MTRN see the Visser thing as a noose around their necks. Visser has positioned himself well (exclusive mftr so that LQMT can't do ANYTHING without him and his anti-dilutive clause) and it's also why I think VPC hasn't shown much in terms of "activity." I think MTRN is working closely with AAPL. I just don't know know if MTRN is on the outside looking in, but do you (MTRN) name LQMT in their Annual Report as an exciting tech if you don't expect to derive any substantial benefit from it? No...

Visser (and probably, particularly, his atty) is/are one smart son(s) of a beach(es).

One of my better posts.

All the questions are still worth pondering and applying to Eontec, who has replaced Materion and Engel.

The still viable question is what does Bromage do after 8 years of botching the sales and business development, which is WHY HE WAS HIRED in the first place.

Why did he totally destroy the sales and marketing and what little production LQMT had.

Materion and Engel are no longer around. LQMT is not around. Only Eontec. But is Eontec actually still around?

What is LQMT today? Where is Bryce Van? Where is Bromage? Where is the guy with the girl from Hubei province (Isaac Bresnick)

Where are all the assets of LQMT? Are they still in a US Bank?
