#27 RE: Barney Vissur #26

I saw that, OOO, and it does speak to Salas and Chung seeing something in the future that leaves them quite vulnerable without the 8K today.

I just don't see a buy-out as imminent, but that preparations are being made for one. Whether it be MTRN or APPL or VPC, it seems to me that LQMT is in the way of all three, as an unnecessary third party they should not want to have to deal with.

I think first, we would see a pay-off to VPC to get him out of the equation, because, as I see it, MTRN would be the ideal value added manufacturer who could vertically integrate the alloy mfr base with the value-added. I would think that VPC would want to get shares in the succeeding company.

I also think that the buy out won't happen until LQMT signs a deal, possible one that would benefit both MTRN and Appl in both CE and non-CE arenas, like new batteries with LQMT collector plates that could well serve both Apple and MTRN who both sell to end users.

We could very well end up with APPL and MTRN having a JV ingot manufacturing and value added products company. They could use both the Denver facility, but also other world points that MTRN has.

I think the key player here is MTRN.
They have the most to gain by getting the NON-CE patent base to CIP.

Very intriging situation here. But..........then, again, have been here done that so many times, it is hard to know what the meaning or outcome of this will be.
