IF the contract IS terminated....which I don't believe to be the case... But IF it was, then Andreas would not have to abide by SEC regs any longer would he? That's why I haven't stickied it.
I did get screen shots from the facebook page before it got deleted though just in case:)
but
why would a Private Company feel the need to put out a PR in order to make sure everyone sees it before the market opens?
Here is the response word for word from Facebook before deletion "The reason we did it tonight, we are based in California and wanted to get it out before the markets open on Sunday"
yes whoever was writing put sunday instead of monday but seriously why would a PRIVATE company give a chit about putting something out before the market opens? Yes Facebook Accts can be hacked and yes there is something called REGSHO involved in this stock. Yes Badboyvodka.com still has Premier Brands listed and their phone as the contact person and their name on the vid of the bottle.
You're gonna tell me they would go through with the party on the 16th knowing that the day before they had just dropped their distributor? You're gonna tell me that days before they put out a video showing "bottled by Premier Brands" and comment on facebook after the party that the bottles being used will be the exact ones posted in the video & pix from California?
There is gonna be lawsuits one way or another imo. If the PR was real then Andreas just exposed himself, Dennis, Jorge to the mother of all lawsuits or the person putting out a fake PR will go down hard.
Alot of things have been pointed out that don't match up such as domain info of the website referenced, the fact that every other website and PR had Bad Boy Vodka listed as 3 words yet we are to believe that on this one occasion the founder forgot and wrote it as BadBoy Vodka 2 words? We would have to ignore the fact that this new AB-Corp website was made a couple days ago? Really? The info on the website doesn't match the timelines listed in Andreas linkedin profiles as far as when the projects began nor the timeline he gave on his radio interview.
We would have to believe that Andreas would write a PR spending all of one sentence saying the good news about CNBC, which was handed to him on a golden f'ing platter by my friend and myself, and then that he would go on to spend 3 or 4 paragraphs crushing Premier Brands stockholders after stockholders set the whole thing up?
As helpful as I can be, if the PR turns out to be true I can guarantee you the only CNBC show he will have a shot at is American Greed.
