Why this post hasn't been made a sticky yet, I dunno!
Andreas clearly acknowledges that releasing any kind of comments, whether vocally or on the internet, would be a violation of SEC regulations and he'd have a "huge problem".
This simple acknowledgement strongly indicates that the "PR" put out yesterday is highly likely to be fake. Unless Andreas is all of the sudden now willing to break SEC regulations at the cost of 'huge problems' (with the SEC).
And, as far as insiders dumping, it doesn't take a genius to realize that whoever created this stunt was likely shorting as much as they could, the last few days.
BRND PR'd exclusive rights and virtually no company signs an all exclusive contract on a 'month-to-month' basis.
Nobody. And especially, nobody who has worked on a brand since inception.
Common sense dictates BRND's lawyers batted out a contract that was for much more than 1 or 2 months. That's just common sense.
"The Company developed the product from inception, utilizing basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman's "bad boy" reputation, adding a smooth and edgy twist to a classic spirit. Bad Boy Vodka will be exclusively sold and distributed through Premier Brands' distribution channels, starting in California on July 27th."
