NEOM has averaged over two press releases per month since 2003.

IMO, that qualifies as volumes for a company that is going to generate about two million USD in revenue for fiscal 2005. My local convenience store generates more in sales and they don't issue any press releases.

14 material press releases since April 5th 2005, thats quite a few. And no thats not counting the quarterly report releases or the annual report releases etc.

And now all of a sudden we here they cant issue MATERIAL RELEASES until after the QP and then there will be a bunch. Thats just 2 funny.

The heaviest releases were in OCT, NOV and DEC, the heart of the QP, so whats different now? 4 releases in Dec alone, so this quiet period excuse is well worn out.

Success, and All,

I think it’s interesting how some people continue to misuse the American language. i.e. The bashers like Air Head. The definition of squatter for example : a person who occupies real property without a claim of right or title.
NOTE: In most jurisdictions, a squatter cannot gain title to land through adverse possession because adverse possession requires possession of the property under a claim of right or color of title.

He says that NeoMedia is a patent squatter?

NeoMedia’s IP/patents are not a form of squatting in any way. Now, alleged infringers like ScaMbuy, I will consider them as squatters trying to bluff their way on to NEOM’s claim/market.

Air Head also claims that SAIC dumped NeoMedia.

SAIC did not abandon NEOM. NEOM dumped SAIC for lack of the ability to execute in a timely way. They were holding up the project! I understood, and believed this months ago. Drmyke3 verified this from the shareholders meeting.

“NEOM got rid of SAIC because they were too slow and NEOM replaced them with SI. Jensen regretted wasting time with SAIC”.

This is just another example of how bashers will try to twist the truth, and muddle up a good stock thread like I-Hub. They utterly destroyed Raging Bull. I hope that won’t happen here. Be on guard. Their goal is to disrupt this thread, and cause confusion, arguments with embedded chaos, that lead to upsetting as many shareholders on this thread as possible. Just look what happened today.

The bashers on this thread may as well give up. It’s a waste of time, and energy. I will never believe any of their erroneous/illogical arguments. Who do these people think they are kidding anyway.
